Hello! My name is Catherine. I am a self-taught hobby baker from Portland, Oregon. I am a working mom, with two young girls, a husband and a cat.  I love sweet and I started baking in the summer of 2020 during the pandemic. Then I started making macarons in January 2021 and opened an Instagram account in February 2021 to share my baking journey with all of you.  

 

The goal of this site to share my love of baking and share what I have learned with you. I love trying new recipes, learning different techniques and skills to improve my bakes.  I have found it is very satisfying to create something that I love and my family would be able to enjoy, which brings me joy! ​

 

Due to my health, I am currently exploring gluten-free baking, which is really a whole new world to me. I am planning to share my own recipes on here. ​Don't forget to check out my Free Macaron Templates.
